We are not claiming to know how to become a higher human being for sure. But we have developed a training programma that gives you the best chance for becoming a higher human being. More than 500 people did this training programme already in the Netherlands.

The Three-Year Program for Higher Human Beings is meticulously designed to guide individuals through Nietzsche's transformative phases—camel, lion, and child—facilitating profound self-overcoming and the embodiment of life-affirming values. This program integrates the ABC model, brain type theory, and advanced Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques to foster deep personal growth and resilience.
Year 1: Foundations of Self-Awareness and Behavioral Mastery
Focus: Understanding the ABC model, identifying behavioral patterns, and laying the groundwork for self-overcoming.
Core Training: Participants engage in the ABC-NLP Practitioner course, exploring the interaction between Antecedents, Behavior, and Consequences. This foundation aligns with the camel phase, emphasizing the discipline and resilience to carry life’s burdens.
Brain Type Integration: Detailed assessments and practical applications of brain type theory help participants recognize and work with their innate patterns, replacing maladaptive behaviors with positive, life-affirming habits.
Skills Gained: Behavioral analysis, emotional regulation, and foundational NLP techniques for overcoming internal resistance.
Year 2: Advanced Techniques and Rebellion Against Limits
Focus: Breaking free from societal and self-imposed limitations through the lion phase.
Core Training: The ABC-NLP Master Practitioner course introduces advanced strategies for challenging beliefs, developing autonomy, and asserting individuality.
Special Modules:Limiting Beliefs Reframing: Techniques to dismantle deeply rooted cognitive barriers. Creative Problem Solving: Exercises to foster intuitive and innovative approaches.
Experiential Learning: Real-world applications ensure that participants actively practice and refine their skills in leadership, conflict resolution, and personal transformation.
Year 3: Specialization and Creative Renewal
Focus: Embracing renewal, creativity, and the potential for new beginnings—the child phase.
Specializations Offered: a) Behavioral Coaching: Training to guide others in their self-overcoming journey, b) Leadership Influence: Leveraging positive reinforcement to inspire change in teams and organizations, c) Advanced NLP Theory and Science: A deep dive into the theoretical underpinnings and emerging research in ABC-NLP.
Applied Mastery: Participants begin working on real-world case studies or projects aligned with their specialization, demonstrating their ability to integrate and apply techniques effectively.
Year 4: Integration, Mastery, and Contribution
Focus: Synthesizing learning from the previous three years and contributing to the development of others and society.
Core Modules:Systemic Thinking and Long-Term Impact: Applying learned techniques to broader contexts such as community, organizational change, or societal development.
Co-Creation: Collaborative projects with peers to solve complex challenges, demonstrating mastery of the higher human being ethos.
Ethics of Leadership and Transformation: Exploring the moral and philosophical dimensions of guiding others in self-overcoming.
Capstone Project: Each participant completes a capstone project aligned with their specialization, showcasing their expertise and contribution to the philosophy of higher human beings.
